Fulfillment Policy

Quest Trauma Healing Education Center primarily provides services including workshops, training programs, and wellness sessions. As such, we do not ship physical goods to customers in the traditional sense.

Service Delivery
  • All services are delivered in-person at designated venues or virtually as specified in the program description at the time of purchase or registration.

  • For programs that include printed or physical materials (e.g., workbooks, resource kits), distribution details will be provided directly to registered participants, typically at the event or via email.

  • Any included physical materials (e.g., resource kits) are handed out on-site during the scheduled service and are not shipped to home addresses unless explicitly arranged in advance.

Digital Resources
  • Digital materials (such as PDF resources, training guides, or certificates) will be delivered via email or made available for download through our secure online portal.

No Standard Shipping
  • We do not offer traditional product shipping (e.g., by courier or postal service) for retail sales.

  • Customers will not incur shipping charges except in cases of special arrangements for remote delivery of workshop materials, which will be clearly disclosed in advance.

Scheduling and Fulfillment Timelines
  • Fulfillment of service purchases is based on scheduled dates and times of workshops and trainings.

  • Registration confirmation and instructions are typically provided within 48 hours of purchase.

  • For custom or contracted training services, timelines are outlined in the signed agreement.
