Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation policies may vary by service and will be specified during the booking process or in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before a scheduled workshop or session may receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 14 days may not be eligible for a refund.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services at our discretion. In such cases, you will receive the option of a refund or rescheduled service.
